Mr.Simon  (Justin)

CA TALKの校長兼教育ディレクター。カリフォルニア出身。サンディエゴ州立大学卒業。カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校でTEFL資格取得。教え子は2歳児から大人までと幅広く、アジア・ヨーロッパ・中東・南米・アフリカなど世界中に多数の教え子を持つプロフェッショナル。さらにサンディエゴ留学生と現地アメリカ人の地域交流を促進するため、San Diego International Connectionを始めとするSNS社交グループを作成。その人望と卓越したコミュニケーション能力によりグループメンバー数は計1万8千人（2016年時点）まで達している。

Haruka

CA TALKのマネジャー。東京都出身。カリフォルニア・グロスモント大学でアートを専攻し後卒業。CA TALKのロゴ・web・広告・テキストなどデザイン部門担当。5年ほどカリフォルニアに滞在。渡米した際ほとんど英語が喋れない状態から、約1年でネイティブに混ざり対等にディベートできるまで英語力を上げた自身の英語習得経験を活かし、英語学習サポートを行います。

We are looking for professional English instructors. We encourage our students to become more connected with the world through skilled English proficiency and intercultural communication. Our teachers are an essential tool in helping our students achieve their goals with the English language. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic English teacher, California Talk English Center is the best place for you to work.

Job description:

  • subcontracting 

  • ￥1,900~￥5,500/1class (varies depending on your teaching skill)

  • Transportation expense allowance (up to \500/day)

​

Required qualifications:

  • Must have a professional English teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, etc.)

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree

  • Must be a native English speaker

  • Must currently reside in Japan and have a proper work visa or be legally permitted to work in the country.

​

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A strong desire to improve student learning outcomes and provide meaningful classroom experiences

  • Maintain a professional yet comfortable relationship with students and other employees

​

Preferred experience:

  • More than 5 years ESL experience

  • International cultural awareness

  • A working and comfortable understanding of some basic features of the Japanese language and culture

​

Note* Preferred experience is not a requirement. Applicants' skills and experience will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

日本人受付・事務募集

  • パートタイム：受付事務・簡単な校内掃除・施設管理など

  • 勤務開始日：3月または4月～

  • 時給1,100円相当の業務委託（研修期間時給990円）

  • ​勤務時間：月火​木の16:00～19:00、土曜13:30～16:00からシフトを組みます

  • 週1日からでも勤務OKです。隙間時間に勤務したい方大歓迎。

​

  • きれい好きな方。（綺麗な校舎を保つ掃除をしていただきます）

  • 場を読み自ら積極的に動くことができる方。
